Matti + Jacob's Bay St. Louis, MS Wedding

It’s been less than a week since Matti and Jacob’s wedding and I’m still feeling like it really didn’t happen! Their wedding day was truly that dreamy and so. much. fun. To give you an idea of how much fun it was, their wedding actually broke the record for me for the amount of choreographed dances in one wedding! (5 you guys!!!) Matti has been a dancer her life, and I came to find out at her wedding, she’s from a dancing family (I looked up the last name Compretta and it’s actually Italian for “cut a rug.”) Another really great element that showed who they are as a couple is that they had their wedding ceremony on the beach! Matti’s dad told the story at their rehearsal dinner of how the year she graduated college he was excited for her to start an internship in her area of study (engineering!) and he was in for a shock when he found out that Matti and her mom had been working on figuring out a way for Matti to get a job at the beach for that summer so she could really live it up before she started her career. Being the sweetest dad ever, he gave his blessing and this is where Matti met Jacob. Ever since, the beach has been their home…figuratively and literally as they recently purchased their first home right on the beach.

There’s just so much to say about this beautiful couple, but I’m too excited to share these images with you! I’m so grateful that Matti and Jacob and their families trusted me with capturing their incredible day!
