Megan + Reese || Corinth, MS Wedding

Here's the story of a beautiful couple who does things big.  They love each other big.  They go on adventures big.  They plan their wedding big.  And when they accidentally found the wrong Grace Photography on the internet and fell in love with her work, they thought that they might reach out anyways and see if she would be willing to travel all the way from the other side of the state to capture their wedding.  Well I am so glad they did because I'm cut from the same cloth as they are!  I get along so well with dreamers and adventurers. ;)

If anyone knows Megan and Reese, they'll tell you that these two do things from the heart and they are perfect for one another.  Megan is a spontaneous, joy filled spark of a gal and Reese is the more deliberate planner but still up for any adventure.  Their reception was travel/adventure themed and it was so much fun to see all the places they've been together, and to know that their story is only just starting!  Also, all of their details were made either by Megan and Reese or one of their friends.  They did an amazing job and are so creative!

Megan and Reese had their First Look inside Fillmore Street Chapel, which is a beautiful and historical church.  The exterior brick has a unique character to it and was so much fun to photograph.  After shooting at the church, we met their wedding party at a huge tree-lined field a few blocks away.  Megan loves outdoor photos, so we spent as much time outdoors as the Mississippi heat would allow!  After wrapping up their shot list, we were heading back to the vehicles and Megan took off in almost a near sprint.  I've never seen a bride run in her wedding dress, but that's exactly what she did and she was SO good at it!  I gently encouraged Reese to go run with her and that's when I captured some of my all time favorite bride and groom shots.  If you feel like running through a field in your wedding dress on your wedding day, why not?!  I think the photos were 100% worth it (and Megan didn't get one grass stain!).

After a beautiful ceremony, the newlyweds had their very own second line down the street with their wedding party.  I've only ever seen second lines in New Orleans, but Reese is from Slidell, LA and so he brought the tradition up to Corinth, MS!

There were just so many beautiful and meaningful parts of their day!
