Paula || Pass Christian Bridal Session

I met Paula at an airport in Mexico about 4 years ago.  I was there to shoot a wedding (my second ever!) and she was there as a guest.  She so graciously volunteered to pick me up at the airport after I had missed my first flight by a freak accident and had to arrive the day of the wedding.   I was a bundle of nerves as I was still new to shooting weddings, but Paula's kind and warm spirit put me at ease.  Once we got to the wedding, she gave me a tour of the venue before the bride arrived.  That weekend was an amazing blur, but I do remember Paula being so helpful and kind to not just me, but everyone.  She's a bright and beautiful soul.

Fast forward to last year, and she contacted me to tell me that she was engaged and was interested in me shooting her wedding in New Orleans.  I tried to not get my hopes up, because I knew it would be a dream wedding and she was pretty much my dream bride.  I love working with kind and lively brides.   She and her wonderful fiancé, Brent, scheduled me for an engagement session, and not long after asked if I would shoot their wedding.

I loved that we shot her bridal session at Brent's grandparent's house!  I know they will have lots of amazing times here as a family!

Huge thanks to Whitney at The French Potager in Bay St. Louis for the amazing bouquet!
